About us
AROCN
ASSOCIATION POUR LE RENOUVEAU DES ORGUES DE LA CATHÉDRALE DE NANCY
The AROCN has been formed in 2013 by Johann Vexo, Frédéric Reposo and Alexis Arnould as a (non-profit) association. The purchase of the Opus 699 has been the start of this audacious reconstruction project.
This association (founded under the French Association law dated 1901) has, as one of its objectives, the reconstruction and the future promotion of this unique instrument.
The underlying legal arrangement of an Association is a pre-requisite to receive and gather the necessary financing to start the restoration, working in relation with the French government cultural institutions.

The Association statutes also include the promotion of the pipe organ, its standing and understanding, to create and coordinate various activities around the organs of Nancy Cathedral.
